V-Tracs OnlineFMS V-TRACS OnlineFMS web application is an efficient and friendly tool for tracking, real time monitoring and reporting for the new and the advanced fleet manager in the information world of today. Control Center The V-TRACS Control Center application has a multi-language interface for individual clients, and focuses on safety and security. This module handles a number of essential tasks:
Emergency calls: Such as theft, emergency button, and accident, while taking into account the vehicle location and emergency services in place. Procedures support: Matching the software to the local procedures according to the event type and the individual client's requests, enables quick response for emergency situations. Database management: Building and maintaining of databases that includes: clients, installers, personnel, and more. The software has the ability to sort the databases and information by subject and filters. Replay from databases: The replay can be viewed on a map along with the vehicle status, or on the reports that shows the trip and driver's details. Information management: Easy and friendly presentation of the information for quick initial response. Ordering by priorities defined by the client, sending the information to another division in the organization, receiving the vehicle's sensors and visual display of any information from the vehicle. Reports: Producing reports based on the system information with a wide variety of filters, such as: Financial reports, marketing reports, technical reports, and more. VLU500 (Vehicle Locator Unit)
The VLU500 integrates a GPS receiver, a cellular network modem (GSM/GPRS/EDGE, CDMA/1X). The system monitors various vehicle sensors, and provides the customer with a vast variety of real-time activities and information about the vehicle. The VLU500 is a complete vehicle security and fleet management solution in one unit. It is the most feature-rich unit in the market today, with over 85 features. The unit and its components when installed are hidden and undetectable. A two way communication modem, based on existing wireless infrastructure, makes it possible to deploy the system with immediate functionality all around the world. The unit has a built-in alarm system, that monitors the vehicle at all times, and alerts the Control Center in case of theft or distress.
PLU500 (Personal Locator Unit) The PLU500 is a small device designed to answer the various location needs the VLU500 is not designed to solve. Its main applications are: • Personal location and protection. • Valuable equipment tracking and protection. • Motorcycles protection. • Advanced computerized vehicles protection.
The device incorporates a GSM modem, a built-in GPS, a battery that supplies extended work time (over 14 days), and an external port for fast internet connections using a handheld or a laptop device. The PLU500 has a vehicle adaptor which can be either connected to the various vehicle signals, or directly to the vehicle's computer through a CANBUS network to allow rapid and low-cost installations. The PLU500, much like the VLU500, work on both the SMS and GPRS/1x channels, and has a low power consumption to allow extended work time. The PLU500 support all the fleet features of the VLU500 and more. It can also be connected to external devices such as display screens. The PLU500 allows the end users to customize the product for their needs, and design their own routines according to the different device events.
Vehicle Tracking System The advanced programming techniques and system analysis enable the development and interface into a wide variety of customer-friendly applications. The software is user-friendly, easy and convenient to operate and maintain. It arrives with paper manual, online help, and backed by working procedures. The V-TRACS system includes four main modules: V-TRACS OnlineAVL (Fleet management over the web) The V-TRACS OnlineAVL module offers organizational control over its vehicle fleet and personnel, and makes fleet operation more productive and cost effective. The entire operation can be done easily from anywhere at any time through the World Wide Web. Control Center Module This V-TRACS Control Center monitoring module package focuses on administrative information, safety and security applications operating 24/7. Router Module The V-TRACS Routing module receives messages from various networks at the same time and distributes them to the all the security centers, fleet stations, and installers, based on predefined parameters. The software connects to the various cellular operators using the Internet and has a built-in support for SMPP connections. Installer Module The V-TRACS Installer module ensures correct installation by means of automatic testing for installation control. It assists the installer with installation data and receives client and vehicle information.
