Vehicle Protection

V-TRACS active protection and control system enables the control center to offer real-time protection against:

Real Time Break-ins
If an intruder breaks into the vehicle, the sensors identify this event and transmit an alarm to the Control Center. The control center calls to the local forces to prevent the intruder from completing the break-in. In addition, the control center can immobilize the vehicle at any time using the Gradual Stop

Vehicle Towing
V-TRACS unit includes a special algorithm on board to detect a towing using the GPS system. The end-unit can identify a change in the vehicle's location and immediately transmit a "towing message" to the control center.

Stolen Keys
V-TRACS unit requires a secret code to be entered, either by using a special remote control, or a key pad, in order to avoid theft using the original vehicle keys. This code must be entered in order to start the vehicle. If an incorrect code is entered for a couple of times, the Control Center receives a "stolen keys" message and can react accordingly.

Driver Protection

V-TRACS supply the local operators with all the necessary tools and procedures to react in the best interest and well being of each client.

The following optional services are offered:

Distress - A panic button used for life threatening situations and is supported by an option to open a voice channel between the control center and the client.

Accident - This option will report vehicle accidents and provide pinpoint location, vehicle status, and speed.

V-TRACS enables the client to receive the security related warnings from his vehicle, directly to his mobile phone.

Mobile Phone Activation



V-TRACS System puts the power in your hand. A fleet manager and a worried mother alike can now use only one simple SMS message to receive the vehicle location and speed, as well as the vehicle route deviation or any required abnormal behavior - to your cellular phone in real time!

Look for your vehicle location

By sending a simple text message, from your mobile phone, the system allows you to receive the vehicle's exact address, and any additional essential data, including speed, engine status, door and more.

Real time vehicle alerts

The system is able to send to your mobile phone any violations occurred by the vehicle (including high speed, driving out or entering an unauthorized zone, over heat, and more) or any other alert (accident, emergency, etc.). The V-TRACS System allows the user to define the text content format as well as the required alerts, mobile phone numbers, and passwords.
